Last night, this happened.
A pineapple trio, broiled with cinnamon-sugar and carved tableside by the most charming Eliahs at Carnaval Brazilian Grill in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. While we were spraying his cornfields in Elk Point earlier in the day, Blake Allard told me it was tops in town for steak, and boy, he wasn’t exaggerating. The produce was fresh and plentiful, and the gauchos delivering skewer upon skewer of roasted meats made me feel like a queen in foodie kingdom. Perhaps the best dining decision to date.
